3.1 NLP Coaching Sessions

Our coaching sessions are designed to help you achieve personal and professional goals through Neuro-Linguistic Programming techniques. All sessions are provided by a qualified coach.

We offer various workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge in NLP. Workshop details, including dates, times, and locations, will be provided on the Site.

3.3 Digital Downloads

We provide digital content for purchase and download, including but not limited to e-books, audio recordings, and videos.

4. Payment and Refunds

4.1 Pricing

All prices for Services are listed on the Site and are subject to change without notice. I reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Services at any time. I believe that everyone should have opportunities to access and engage in personal development activities and a supportive community. Kitty Leayr NLP Coaching, is committed to offering a range of products and services at a range of price points to allow access to knowledge and skills regardless of socioeconomic background. Should you find that you have accessed all the resources and service levels within your financial range, and you are drawn to services that are priced beyond your immediate means, please reach out to discuss how we could make a suitable payment arrangement for you to access the level of assistance you need.

4.2 Payment

Payments for Services must be made through the payment methods provided on the Site. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method(s) provided.

4.3 Refunds, Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Forfeited Sessions

• Coaching Sessions: Please be advised to consider your purchase of NLP Coaching Services carefully as Kitty Leayr NLP Coaching does not offer refunds. I understand that life sometimes throws us off our planned course, and in the event that this happens to you and you need to take time out, then please contact Kitty to make arrangements for your services to be put on hold until you are back on track. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your session, you can do so through your calendar link that was emailed to you when you made your booking. This should be done as soon as possible, and with a minimum of 24 hours notice. If you cancel or reschedule your session with less than 24 hours notice you will still be charged for your session. If you fail to attend your scheduled session, you don't respond to text notifications or answer your call, you forfeit that session and will still be charged for the session with no make-up session.

• Workshops: A notice of inability to attend a purchased workshop must be requested at least 7 days before the workshop date to receive a credit for future workshops. No credit will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days in advance.

• Digital Downloads: All sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, is the property of Kitty Leayr NLP Coaching, or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

5.2 Limited License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Site and Services for your personal, non-commercial use. Any unauthorized use of the Site or Services will terminate the permission or license granted by these Terms.
